Can I change my booking date or time? Cancellation policy.

General cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled rental to receive a refund or reschedule.

If unsafe weather is expected, such as heavy rain, strong winds, or thunderstorms, you may cancel or reschedule up to the day before your booking without penalty.

Once the rental period has started or the inflatable has been picked up, delivered, or set up, no refunds will be issued, including for changes in weather or unused rental time.

Where do I pick up and return the inflatable?

The pick up and drop off is at 4356 Davidson Rd, Inverary.

Setup & Equipment

Do I install it myself?

Yes. As the renter, you’re responsible for setup, supervision, operation, and packing of the castle.
We provide the required equipment (including blower and anchors), so you can install it safely and take it down when your event is over.

What surface is required?

Inflatables must be installed on flat, level grass that is free from rocks, sticks, sharp objects, and any overhead obstacles (like low branches or wires). This helps keep the castle stable and safe for play, and protects it from damage.

Please also check the castle’s product description for the exact surface requirements and clearance (space around and above the inflatable). Each model may need a specific area and height clearance, and it’s important to follow those guidelines when you set up.

This helps keep the castle stable and safe for play, and protects it from damage.

Do I need electricity?

Yes. You’ll need access to a standard household electrical outlet.
The blower must be plugged in and running continuously while the inflatable is in use, so please make sure you have an outlet close enough to your setup area or a suitable outdoor extension cord (available to rent for $10/day).

Can we move the inflatable after it’s set up?

No. Once the inflatable is set up and anchored, it must not be moved.
Please choose your location carefully before installation and avoid dragging or lifting the castle while it’s inflated, as this can damage the equipment and create unsafe conditions for play.

Safety & Use

Do you rent for public events?

No, we currently rent for residential/backyard use only.
Our castles are designed for family gatherings, birthdays, and small private events at your home or a similar private location, not for fairs, festivals, or large public events.

Is adult supervision required?

Yes. A responsible adult must always supervise the inflatable while it is in use.
An adult should be present to manage the number of children, enforce safety rules, and stop play if anyone is using the castle in an unsafe way.

What happens if it rains or becomes windy?

For safety, inflatables must not be used during rain, lightning, severe weather, or when winds reach 25 km/h or more. If the weather changes, stop use immediately, have everyone exit, and turn off the blower until conditions improve.

It is the renter’s responsibility to monitor the weather and stop use when conditions are unsafe. Bounce with Phil is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from use of a castle in bad weather or against our safety guidelines.

What if the inflatable is damaged?

If you notice any damage or the castle isn’t working properly, stop using it right away. Have everyone exit the inflatable, turn off the blower, and contact Bounce with Phil immediately.
We’ll discuss next steps with you and advise how to proceed—please do not continue using a damaged inflatable.

Can adults use the inflatables?

Adults may only use an inflatable if it is specifically identified as suitable for adults.
Most castles are designed for children and have weight and height limits. Please check the product description for each rental—if it doesn’t say it’s suitable for adults, it must be used by children only.

Are the inflatables cleaned?

Yes. Every inflatable is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between rentals.
We check for any damage, wipe down high‑touch surfaces, and sanitize the interior so your castle is ready for safe, fun use at your event.
